Engineering Business Growth Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Development Engineer to join our passionate team in Brackley. As part of the internal engineering and sales teams, you will help drive growth and customer experience with clients both here in the UK & internationally.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop existing accounts and bring on new business, working on bespoke projects.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for key customer accounts, understanding their technical and commercial requirements.
- Work with customers and engineering to create concept designs for new products, and liaise with engineering teams to develop designs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, preparing technical presentations and reports.
- Negotiate prices and contract terms and conditions, meeting both customer and company needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- HND level qualification in Product Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
- Previous experience in a sales or Business development role within a technical / manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the Product design process and lifecycle, from concept to production.

About the Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, plus bonus, car allowance, and hybrid working options.
