As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering the full curriculum for your subject area up to Level 3. This may include working with students with Additional Learning Needs and challenging behavior. Your duties will include:

  • Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons to help students achieve professional qualifications in their field
  • Tracking and monitoring students' progress to ensure high standards are met
  • Offering support and guidance to students on their journey to obtaining their qualification

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience teaching in a Further Education (FE) environment and hold a recognised teaching qualification, such as DTLLS, PCET, PGCE, or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Education (A PTLLS or CTLLS).

A minimum of 6 months of referenceable experience is essential, and you must have a valid DBS on the update service, or be willing to obtain one (we can assist with this).
