Senior Staff Nurse Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at the Haematology Day Unit of Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled nurse to develop their clinical expertise in haematology and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of nursing practice within the unit.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in haematology nursing and a proven track record of providing excellent patient care. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

About the Role
  1. Job Summary: Provide expert care to patients with haematological cancers, sickle cell disease, and other haematology diseases.
  2. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and manage patients with haematological conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) qualification.
  • Experience working in haematology or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Information

The salary for this role is £39,149 - £46,119 per annum, depending on experience.
