Salary Information

We offer an attractive salary package to our qualified teachers, based on their experience and qualifications. The estimated annual salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000, depending on the individual's background and qualifications.

Job Description

This role involves teaching students with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to lead interactive lessons and develop therapeutic relationships with pupils.

  • Teaching children with PMLD, ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Leading interactive lessons and developing therapeutic relationships with pupils
  • Engaging and supporting pupils' learning

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent behaviour management skills. They will also have experience working with children with SEN and SEMH and be able to de-escalate and support emotional regulation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • QTS
  • Experience teaching in SEN schools
  • Experience working with children with SEN and SEMH
  • Able to de-escalate and support emotional regulation
  • Valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one
