The Role

We are seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, and for assisting the Commercial Account Executives in achieving high levels of renewal retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assist the Commercial Account Executives in achieving high levels of renewal retention
  • Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems
