About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Handler to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation, and assisting in achieving high levels of renewal retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external contacts
  • Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high levels of renewal retention
  • Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems
