Sales Representative

As a Sales Consultant at Leaders Romans Group, you will have the opportunity to further your Estate Agency career and join an industry-leading Property Company.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and maximise business opportunities
- Advertise properties, manage viewings, and register applicants
- Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face
- Achieve personal and branch sales targets
- Introduce new business and build alliances with developers through active networking
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least six months to one year of experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Ability to negotiate
- Tenacity and self-starter mentality with the drive to succeed
