About the Role

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum

This role is responsible for supporting Agile teams in their day-to-day operation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Agile teams in their day-to-day operation
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and expertise
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Practical experience of servant-leadership in agile teams
  • Thorough knowledge of agile principles, practices and methods, particularly Scrum
  • Holds an advanced Scrum Master certification
