Structural Draughtsman

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Draughtsman with expertise in Tekla software to join our team at Recra Consulting.

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers an excellent salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Structural Draughtsman - Tekla Specialist, you will be responsible for creating 3D CAD models, assembly and fabrication drawings, bills of material, and erection drawings using Tekla software.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working as a draughtsman on steelwork projects, such as steel framed buildings. You must also be proficient in using Tekla software and have a good understanding of structural steelwork.

• Work from engineering drawings to create 3D CAD models using Tekla software.
• Create detailed assembly and fabrication drawings, bills of material, and erection drawings from the 3D model.
• Raise RFIs/TQs as required where more information is required.

• Experience working as a draughtsman on steelwork projects, such as steel framed buildings.
• Proficiency in using Tekla software.
• Good understanding of structural steelwork.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis.
