Structural CAD Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural CAD Technician to join our team, working on steelwork projects such as steel framed buildings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating 3D CAD models from engineering/GA drawings and producing detailed assembly/fabrication drawings, bills of material, and erection drawings.

• Create accurate and detailed 3D CAD models using Tekla software.
• Produce high-quality assembly/fabrication drawings, bills of material, and erection drawings from the 3D model.
• Raise RFIs/TQs as required to ensure clarity and accuracy in the design process.

• Essential experience working as a Draughtsman on steelwork projects is a must.
• Proficiency in Tekla software is also essential.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are crucial.
• Please note that eligibility to work in the UK on a permanent basis is required.

• This is a full-time, permanent PAYE position offering an excellent salary of £50,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
