Peripatetic Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes in your region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Provide clinical guidance and support to colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure the safe administration of medications
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. You should have a strong clinical knowledge and a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines and NMC standards.
You will be a dedicated and ambitious individual with excellent communication skills, able to motivate and lead by example. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the changing needs of our residents and care homes.
