About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes in your region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the physical and mental needs of our residents.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. You will also need to have a strong understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines and NMC standards.
