About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes in your region. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care, tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the quality of care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. You will have a strong clinical knowledge and a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines and NMC standards. You will also have a successful track record of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments.
