Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Winemark. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales and stock control, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with sales and stock control, including receiving and processing stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about store products and services, and make recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Requirements

  • Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
  • Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
