About the Role

The eHospital training team at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Quality Trainer to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all staff at our hospitals receive appropriate training and support in the use of our electronic patient record held on Epic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the production and delivery of training using digital and face-to-face methods, with a special interest in eLearning course production.
  • Work alongside the eLearning developer to create a range of supportive content and help move training to eLearning-based where appropriate.
  • Design and update training materials to match changes in the production environment.
  • Help build and test the training system to ensure it is safe, usable, secure, and robust.

Requirements
  • IT Qualification in Excel (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience of working with clinical staff, medical consultants, and other senior managers.
  • Experience of delivering projects to tight deadlines.
  • Application support service delivery.
