About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Quality Specialist to join our team at Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our eHospital Training Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all staff receive the necessary training and support to effectively use our electronic patient record system.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT and training, with experience in delivering projects to tight deadlines and working with clinical staff, medical consultants, and other senior managers. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, working closely with our eLearning developer to create engaging and effective content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs for clinical staff, medical consultants, and other senior managers
  • Work closely with our eLearning developer to create engaging and effective content
  • Collaborate with the eHospital Training Team to ensure seamless delivery of training programs
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including eLearning courses and face-to-face training sessions
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff to ensure they are confident and competent in using the electronic patient record system
Requirements
  • IT Qualification in Excel (or equivalent experience)
  • PRINCE/MSP or other project management qualification
  • Experience of working with clinical staff, medical consultants, and other senior managers
  • Experience of delivering projects to tight deadlines
  • Experience of delivering benefits from the implementation of technology/services
