About the Role


We are seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Milton School. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team in the kitchen, preparing and cooking food, and ordering supplies.


The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure. They must also be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.


About the Job


This is a 30-hour per week position, working term-time only. The salary is £16,388 - £16,942 per annum (£23,500 - £24,294 FTE). The job involves working as part of a team to prepare and cook meals for students, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.


The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly and be able to adapt to changing circumstances. They must also be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
