Job Title: Young Adult Team Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Young Adult Team Leader to join our Supported Living Service for Young Adults with Learning Disabilities and additional complex needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers, ensuring high standards of care and support for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers, ensuring high standards of care and support for our service users.
* Conduct staff inductions, supervisions, and ongoing professional development, including supporting team members in achieving their QCF qualifications.
* Oversee health and safety practices within the service, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our service users and staff.
* Participate in regular sleep-in duties, waking nights, and on-call responsibilities as required.
* Support young adults in their transition from education to independent living, promoting life skills and independence.

Requirements:
* Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care or equivalent qualification.
* Successful applicants will undergo pre-employment safeguarding checks, including an enhanced DBS check. This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and all convictions, cautions, and reprimands (including those considered "spent") must be declared unless protected under DBS filtering rules.
