About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Wanstead, London E11. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional customer experiences through delivering high-quality beverages and providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities
  • Crafting a wide range of specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages to exacting standards.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet sales targets, manage inventory, and achieve operational efficiency.
