FCB Coffee is a dynamic and fast-growing specialty coffee company in the travel sector. We're passionate about delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers, and we're looking for a talented Barista to join our team at Paddington station.

As a Barista at FCB Coffee, you'll be part of a close-knit team that's dedicated to producing high-quality coffee. You'll work closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain our equipment, and contribute to a fun and rewarding working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to our customers
  • Operate and maintain our coffee equipment, including the La Marzocco Linea PB and Mythos One
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to build a loyal following
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a related role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of coffee and coffee-making techniques
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
