Regional Loss Prevention Manager

Momentum Security Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Regional Loss Prevention Manager to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing a large portfolio of sites across a region, reducing shrink, investigating stock loss, and conducting compliance audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the regional Loss Prevention function, managing the delivery of the Loss Prevention strategy across a large portfolio of stores.
  • Undertake investigations into internal and external theft, ensuring a thorough and efficient process.
  • Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Coach and advise retail teams in Loss Prevention best practice, promoting a culture of security and compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate potential security threats and vulnerabilities, ensuring the safety of employees and customers.
  • Manage the response to security incidents, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Implement the company shrink programme, driving down losses and improving profitability.
  • Work closely with retail teams to identify Security & Loss Prevention issues and challenges, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the region, promoting a culture of security and compliance.
  • Conduct and deliver Loss Prevention training programmes, ensuring all employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Drive company profitability through the correct implementation of loss prevention/security controls and processes.
  • Undertake risk assessments, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes by working closely with site teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
