Key Responsibilities
  • Publishing job adverts and utilizing various HR systems, including Jobtrain and spreadsheets
  • Providing administrative support to the recruitment team, ensuring efficient and effective processes
  • Developing and maintaining strong communication skills, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Meeting tight deadlines and multitasking to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment tasks
  • Complying with national standards and codes of conduct for healthcare support workers
Requirements
  • Strong administrative skills, with experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to upholding NHS Scotland's values and standards
