This exciting opportunity is part of our Recruitment Department at Ninewells Hospital, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of recruitment and administrative tasks, including publishing job adverts, utilizing HR systems, and maintaining spreadsheets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.

As a member of our team, you will be expected to possess excellent communication skills, work efficiently under pressure, and multitask effectively. Your performance will be measured against the national "Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009" and the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.

Internal candidates are required to obtain written approval from their line manager prior to applying for this secondment. If shortlisted for interview, you will be required to bring this approval with you.
