We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at the Stafford facility. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for driving engagement initiatives, supporting talent development processes, and providing localized leadership development on specific HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Stafford Facility HR Improvement Projects
- Driving Engagement Initiatives (Proactive Employee Insights follow up and supporting leaders with action planning processes)
- Localised Leadership development on specific HR processes (Discipline, Grievance, Leader Induction, Policy Awareness)
- Facility Risk Owner for Data Privacy – Proactive ownership and self-assessment of inventory and controls
- Supporting Talent Development processes – Scoping and coordination of training/development initiatives
- Stafford Facility Employee Relations processes support
- Support for case work and other HR activities on an ad hoc basis
This is a competitive hourly rate opportunity, with the option to work on an umbrella or PAYE basis. A full description of the contract assignment is available, and a key information document (KID) will be supplied to registered candidates.
