Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Location: Birmingham and Surrounding Areas

Salary: £80-£110 per day (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and confident individual to supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring students remain on task with set work.

  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a productive and orderly classroom environment.
  • Build strong relationships with students and staff, acting as a role model within the school community.
  • Assist with general school duties, such as exam invigilation or supporting school events, when required.
Your Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a secondary school setting (e.g., as a Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor, or similar role).
  • A solid understanding of behaviour management techniques and the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and environments.
