Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced M&E Services Manager to join our dynamic construction team in Surrey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, installation, and commissioning of complex systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full installation process, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards and in line with client expectations. This includes taking charge of the installation through to the commission stage, ensuring that the correct Commissioning documents are in place.

The applicant must have experience in delivering projects involving:
  • Ventilation
  • AC/controls
  • Domestic water
  • Above ground drainage
  • BMS


We offer a competitive rate of £300-£330 per day (depending on experience), making this an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals looking to take their career to the next level.
