Job Title: CSCS Site Manager

Job Summary:

JPJ Installations Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CSCS Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing our construction sites on the south coast, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labour force, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work, and overseeing quality control.
  • Preparation of site prior to work commencing.
  • Plan the work and oversee the buying of necessary materials and equipment and checking materials against orders.
  • Assist the Project Manager to ensure the project is delivered on time and to budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing budgets, and monitoring progress.
  • Recording all Quality Assurance on site.
  • Maintain regular communication and attend meetings with clients and their representatives to inform them of progress on the project.
  • Maintain regular communication with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, and others involved in the project.
  • Assisting in the provision of all access equipment.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a good level of experience in the Façade industry, preferably curtain walling and windows, as well as an understanding of the wider construction industry. Knowledge of Kawneer systems would be advantageous. Must have a valid SMSTS and CSCS card. A relevant qualification in a construction-related subject would be beneficial (e.g. NVQ or equivalent).
