About the Role

Hays Accountancy and Finance is seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a Financial Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the company's financial management and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partner with stakeholders to understand their financial requirements and provide insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial control processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the business to ensure effective financial decision-making.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with a strong analytical mind and commercial flair.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, planning, and control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong business partnering experience with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
