### Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Melksham. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism, some health care needs, and learning disabilities in their daily lives.
### Key Responsibilities
* Accompany individuals on trips and to activities, promoting social interaction and community engagement
* Assist with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and administering medication
* Encourage continued engagement in the community, fostering independence and confidence
* Participate in activities, such as art classes and day centers, to promote socialization and skill development
* Work collaboratively with the team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment
### What We Offer
* Competitive hourly rate of £11.75
* 20 days paid annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays, pro rata for part-time) and increasing after 3 and 5 years' service

* Hold a Full UK Driving license
* Demonstrate experience in working with individuals with autism, health care needs, and learning disabilities
