About the Female Support Worker Role

As a valued Support Worker, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. You will help create innovative ways to support individuals achieve their own personal goals, aims, and ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals in their daily lives, helping them develop new skills and providing personal and emotional support.
  • Help people plan and manage their own home, support with leisure, employment, individual interests, and travel.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, creatively solving problems and embracing our values and vision.
