Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to IFAs, ensuring accuracy and compliance in client documentation.
- Coordinate client meetings and prepare necessary materials, maintaining and updating client records and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and financial statements, liaising with clients and providers to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a financial services administration role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
