Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential to transition to a permanent role.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead and coordinate budget and forecast processes, providing guidance to the Commercial Finance Team. This includes consolidating budgets and forecasts, preparing presentations and system uploads, and delivering comprehensive financial reports and executive presentations with insightful commentary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead budget and forecast processes, guiding the Commercial Finance Team
  • Consolidate budgets and forecasts, prepare presentations, and upload data to systems
  • Deliver comprehensive financial reports and executive presentations with in-depth analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for accurate and timely reporting
  • Oversee month-end process and manage group consolidations for various reporting purposes
  • Develop payroll reports and forecasting tools, building complex financial models for scenario analysis and strategic planning
  • Identify and implement process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative work environment
Requirements
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with minimum 3 years PQE
  • Proven success in financial planning and analysis within a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex financial modeling and automation
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Jet Reporting and macros (desirable)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of consolidations, balance sheets, and cash flows
Salary and Benefits

£65,000 per annum, plus a hybrid working model with flexibility to work remotely 4 days a week.
