Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

We are seeking a seasoned FP&A Manager to drive financial planning and analysis within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and maintain accurate financial models, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions.
- To analyse financial performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of financial strategies.
- To manage and oversee a small team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to support their growth and development.
Requirements:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with significant experience in FP&A.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
