Theatre Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our busy Theatre team in Ilford Hospital.
You will be a vital member of the Theatre team, providing support to qualified staff and ensuring a safe and effective clinical service is provided to all users across the Theatre.
The successful candidate will provide patient-focused services within the unit, expanding their role under the supervision and guidance of a trained nurse. This requires empathy, friendliness, and good interpersonal skills, as well as:
- Experience in a Theatre environment
- Able to promote safe patient care
- Willingness to develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance the delivery of our clinical service
- Able to recognise and give priority to patient needs while maintaining respect, dignity, and an individualised approach to patient services

This is a chance to work in partnership with the NHS, delivering scheduled treatments to private and NHS patients. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience, as well as comprehensive training and ongoing professional development.
