Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our beautiful retirement living developments to potential customers and ensuring a seamless sales process from initial contact to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively contact customers who have shown an interest in our developments and provide expert advice on their purchase of the apartment and the lifestyle.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.
- Work closely with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams to achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices for your development.
- Show customers apartments and provide a show home centre with all the necessary information and support.
- Previous new homes sales experience, preferably in the retirement market.
- Excellent customer relationship skills and a determination to succeed with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Happy working independently and proactive approach to sales and marketing.
- Professional and responsible selling at all times, with excellent interpersonal skills and previous experience of using IT databases.
- A valid UK driver's license, in case you need to visit customers away from the site.
