About the Role
We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our supported living service for individuals with complex needs and learning disabilities.
The role will be based in a residential setting, where you will support young adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex behaviours to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
You will help the service users with daily tasks, enable them to access the community and local area, and support them in developing their skills and confidence.
About You
We are looking for individuals who possess a caring and compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our service users and contribute to a supportive and inclusive environment.
