Fawkes & Reece West Midlands is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team in Solihull. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in helping the company tender for new projects and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prepare tender documents, including estimates and bids
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of estimates
  • Analyse drawings and specifications to determine project costs and feasibility
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in estimating and project management
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in estimating or a related field
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in computerised estimating packages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
