We are seeking a reliable and motivated Skilled Labourer to join our client’s team in a specialist flooring company. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, preferably with carpentry skills, and hold a CSCS card. The role will involve loading and unloading materials, mixing resin, and undertaking various tasks on site. The company offers a competitive salary, occasional weekend work, and opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading materials on site
  • Mixing resin materials
  • Preparation works on site – grinding floors, preparing walls, making good etc
  • Liaising with internal teams and undertaking on site stock takes
  • Site clearance and final clean
  • Undertaking basic on site tasks

Requirements:

  • CSCS card
  • Own transport with a full clean driving licence (minor speeding convictions acceptable)
  • Background in construction, preferably with carpentry skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary circa £25,000-£27,000 depending on experience
  • Occasional weekend work may be required where overtime rates will be provided
  • Onsite training will be provided by our installation team with a view to progression
