Our client, a leading trade supplier of uPVC building materials, is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join their team. As a key member of the branch management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the branch, including managing staff, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
  • Monitor and control branch expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the branch remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or management role, preferably in the trade supply industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
