Head Gardener Position Overview

At Idverde UK, we are seeking an exceptional Head Gardener to lead our horticultural efforts at the iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. This prestigious position requires a hands-on individual with an unparalleled passion for botanical beauty and a reverence for the park's rich history and cultural significance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day horticultural tasks on the London 2012 Gardens and parklands.
  • Manage and lead a team to ensure efficient delivery of horticultural services.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with clients and customers, exceeding their expectations.
  • Promote company services and maintain a professional image.
  • Plan and organize work schedules to meet contractual obligations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Implement innovative practices to enhance service delivery and environmental sustainability.

Requirements:

We seek a qualified, passionate, and experienced Head Gardener with an HND in Horticulture or equivalent. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
