About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Regional Support Worker to join our team. As a Regional Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing invaluable support to children and young people in our care, working closely with our clinical team and local authorities to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to children and young people, meeting their unique needs and promoting their independence.
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of our homes, including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation.
  • Participate in team meetings and share ideas and best practices to improve our services.
  • Attend training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • A full UK driving license is essential due to the locations and nature of the work.
  • Experience working with children or in a health and social care setting is desirable, but not essential as full training and support will be provided.
