About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a Regional Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing invaluable support to children and young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel between 5 homes on a daily basis to provide support to the West Humber Region
  • Meet the needs of the children and young people in line with OFSTED regulations
  • Organise and facilitate social activities, such as days out, work in the community, and holidays
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of the home, including laundry, housekeeping, shopping, meal prep, and baking
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and best practice
  • Work closely with our clinical team and local authorities
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence due to the locations and nature of the work
  • Life skills and experience with children or health and social care are beneficial, but not essential
