We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Trade Chargehand to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our repair and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures on site.
  • Work Quality and Efficiency
    • Ensure works are completed to KPI targets and financial recovery for completed void works.
  • Team Management
    • Maintain good morale for the team and encourage high levels of performance.

Requirements

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 2 in a core subject, NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing if plumbing is core, currently undertaking the qualification or prepared to undertake this qualification with the support of Sanctuary Group.
  • Basic skills in use of Microsoft office, Excel, Outlook and Word.
