**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Harbourne Associates. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake surveys and generate condition reports, specifications, and quotations to support sales efforts.
- Deliver targets and objectives set by the Project Specification Manager, demonstrating initiative and creativity in developing effective delivery plans.
- Utilize expertise to provide expert consulting and trusted advisory services to architects, surveyors, contractors, and resellers, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the specification sales market, with a focus on the construction industry.
What We Offer
- Bonus: Uncapped, with an OTE of 40% of basic salary.
- Car Allowance: £6,000 per annum (or company car).
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
- Up to 26 weeks contractual sick pay.
