Companionship and Support Worker

The NHS is seeking a Companionship and Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide emotional support and practical assistance to vulnerable clients, promoting their independence and improving their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Provide companionship, support with daily tasks, and accompany clients on outings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid UK driving license and previous experience in care would be advantageous.
- A good standard of spoken and written English is required.
The estimated hourly rate for this role is £14.00 per hour (day shifts) and a reduced rate for sleeping nights. You will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and deliver exceptional care services.
