MCG Talent is seeking a highly skilled Government Policy and Communications Executive to join one of our esteemed clients, a leading advisory firm within the government space.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategic communications plans to support government entities and officials.
  • Provide expert counsel on crisis communications and lead medium to large-scale projects for government clients.
  • Structure and deliver comprehensive communications programs, synthesizing complex data into compelling presentations.
  • Manage and oversee communications workstreams for large government projects, ensuring successful outcomes at critical moments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to commission and integrate analysis, driving informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working with government clients, preferably in the Gulf region.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish, with a clear plan and structured workstreams.
  • Strong interest in central government, sovereign wealth funds, or culture and tourism work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage mid to senior-level government officials.
