**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher to join our thriving primary school in Hackney. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in laying the foundation for lifelong learning and success.

**About the Role:**

You will be responsible for planning and delivering creative, engaging, and play-based lessons that inspire curiosity and development. Working with a diverse group of children, you will focus on fostering key skills in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional growth, tailored to each child's unique needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven experience in EYFS or similar early years setting.
  • A collaborative, positive approach to working with staff, parents, and the community.
  • A passion for supporting the development of young children in a warm, inclusive environment.
  • Observe, assess, and support each child's development in partnership with teaching assistants.
  • Foster a safe and encouraging classroom where children feel valued and inspired.
  • Establish strong relationships with parents and guardians to support children's learning at home.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and contribute to the wider school community.
