We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Adviser/Retail Advisor to join our team at Yours Clothing. As a Sales Adviser/Retail Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our brand to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimise sales and individual customer purchases to drive business growth
  • Engage with customers to provide a first-class customer experience
  • Operate the till and handle financial transactions efficiently
  • Replenish stock with our fantastic products and specialist brands
  • Assist with deliveries and stock handling on a regular basis
  • Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a high standard of store appearance
  • Ensure compliance with all company procedures and policies
  • Take responsibility for personal development and actively seek opportunities for improvement
  • Responsible for Health and Safety in the workplace

Requirements

  • A warm, friendly, and engaging personality is essential
  • Highly motivated and a desire to be the best with energy and enthusiasm to succeed
  • A proven ability to work well within a team and use own initiative
  • Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment
  • Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact is highly desirable
  • Experience in a retail environment with a quality brand is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge and understanding of High Street fashion

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.63 per hour and a minimum guaranteed number of weekly hours. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work additional hours during peak trading periods.
