We are seeking a skilled Community Support Officer to join our team at Pollock Halls. The successful candidate will provide professional frontline services, including student welfare, safety, security, and logistical support to ensure a safe and well-maintained residential estate.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Offer response services to customers and members of the public in a help desk environment.
- Work calmly and efficiently under pressure, demonstrating initiative and acting on it when necessary.
- Convey accurate and succinct verbal and written communications.
