Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Legal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our busy legal team, including managing and inputting data into our systems, preparing and producing high-quality documents, and providing exceptional customer service. This part-time position requires 21 hours per week, with scope for hybrid working (Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Produce high-quality documents and presentations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in administration and customer service.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A comprehensive understanding of legal practices and procedures.
